Tenants - Advice:
The Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm (England) Regulations 2015 state properties should have:
1. A smoke alarm on each storey of the premises on which there is a room used wholly or partly as living accommodation.
2. A carbon monoxide alarm in any room of the premises which is used wholly or partly as living accommodation and contains a solid fuel burning combustion appliance.
Needed a new cable between the boiler and airing cupboard which are not even on the same floor. Steve & Jamie were more than happy to explain the routing options to me, and then did a very neat job, making good when they had finished. Would I use them again? They would be my first choice.
